Catalyst Partners with EB-5 Group to Originate and Service Loans

January 2025, Tampa, FL - Catalyst Capital Management has partnered with Eterna International, an established syndicator of EB-5 investment capital, to originate, underwrite and service construction and mezzanine loans for large development projects located in rural and high unemployment areas. The first transaction, a $32 million mezzanine loan for a mixed-use project in Florida, is scheduled to close in late April 2025.


Catalyst and Eterna are actively seeking ground-up construction projects located in rural and targeted employment areas (TEAs) nationwide. The minimum project size is $50 million, and the EB-5 funds can be structured as senior debt or mezzanine financing.
