Catalyst Launches Opportunistic Lending Platform and Second Private Credit Fund

Tampa, FL—Catalyst Capital Management officially announced the launch of its second debt fund, marking its return to commercial real estate lending. The fund is designed to provide flexible and efficient capital solutions to developers, investors, and property owners.
Founded by a team of industry veterans with decades of combined experience in real estate finance, construction, and development, Catalyst Capital Management specializes in originating senior and subordinate debt for commercial properties. Loan offerings include bridge loans, construction financing, mezzanine loans, SBA 504 loans, and EB-5 financing.
