April 1, 2025, Tampa, FL - Catalyst Capital Management is pleased to announce the launch of the Catalyst Impact Capital Fund II. The $50 million fund's strategy is to originate and/or acquire first mortgage loans secured by commercial and residential real estate located in Florida, with a focus on lower middle-market transactions (i.e., $1MM-5MM loan amounts), ground-up construction, value-add, and recapitalizations.
