Catalyst Closes Two Loans Through New Lending Platform

Tampa, FL - Catalyst Capital Management is pleased to announce the closing of two loans through its new lending platform. The first was a $1.7 million loan to a luxury homebuilder in Tampa for the construction of a residential spec home. In addition to the construction loan, Catalyst provided preferred equity, which brought the total loan-to-cost to 95%. The second transaction was a $366,000 loan to the same homebuilder for the acquisition of a site in Belleair, FL, which will be developed as a high-end single family spec home.
